三相恒功率电热带和单相恒功率电热带的原理基本相同，不同之处是单相带采用单相供电，三相采用三相三角形供电，三相带除有单相电热带的特点外，特别适用于长距离，大口径管道的伴热和保温，可用于工厂一区、二区的爆炸性气体混合物T3相吻合。

产品结构与工作原理
电源母线为二根平行绝缘铜线，在内绝缘层上缠绕电热丝，并将电热丝每隔一定距离（即“发热节长”）与母线连接，形成连续并联电阻。母线接通电后，各并联电阻发热，因而形成一条连续的加热带。

单相恒功率电热带主要用于各种管道、仪表的防冻、保温、最高维持温度150度，可用于工厂一区、二区爆炸性气体场合。

产品特点及应用场合
恒功率电执单位长度的发热量恒定，使用的电热带越长，输出的总功率越大，该电热带在现场能够按实际需要长度任意剪切，或者在一定范围内接地使用，并允许多次交叉重叠使用，此外具有柔韧性，可以方便地紧贴管道表面敷设，电热带外层的编织层不仅起着传热和散热的作用，提高电热带的整体强度，同时还能作为安全接地线。
本电热带适用于管道，阀门、泵体的伴热、防冻和保温，或者维持仪表管线的工艺温度。
A、用于在正常情况下连续流动的低凝固管线使用，可避免介质因停止流动而凝固。
B、需要严格控制作业温度的液体管线的伴热和保湿（须配用温度控制器）
C、寒冷地区自来水管道及阀门的防冻、排水管、抽水管和冷凝管路的防冻
D、沿海井台管道的伴热保温
